We had a great experience with Heath and Inchcon! After getting the run around from trades presenting massive landscaping quotes, we managed to find Inchcon. First thing that struck me about Heath is I knew hed be great to work with. Good communicator. Clear and concise. No mucking around. Just willing to work with us on our requirements, in our budget and with different options. During the process he kept good dialogue, and went the extra mile on his workmanship more than a few times. The big things were high quality, but the little things let us know he cared about the job and the outcome. The full crew were always friendly to us and the neighbours whenever they were onsite. They even gave a bit of help to the neighbours on our boundary at no cost. Heath always seemed willing to help out where ever he could. We couldnt be happier with the final product and would use Heath and Inchcon again without question. Id highly recommend Inchon to anyone looking for concrete or general landscaping work. Heath and his team have worked on our Reno and we've been very happy with the high quality of work and attention to detail they provide. Concrete slab, new clay pavers laid , and concrete cleaning and sealing have all been finished with great expertise and a minimum of fuss. For those of you that want the short version, amazing! 10 out of 10. We are so happy with what inchcon has achieved for us. Now the long one! Inchcon doesn't just do landscaping, concreting etc, they do transformations! We contacted Heath via the contact page and he responded same day and made a time with us on Saturday morning to come and have a look. He spent a good few hours with us to understand what we were looking for and gave practical advice on how it could be done. This was no small job, 200+ meters of concrete. Replacement of all the retaining walls, re-fence the whole yard, massive excavation and all new storm water drainage and modular sound reducing wall at the front. Heath followed up with 2 more scoping visits to firm up the scope and then provided a no nonsense, reasonable quote to complete the work. From the first day, heath and his team were here everyday. Not running off to other jobs. They respected our family life and needs while efficiently completing the works. Their quality of work is second to none and near enough is never good enough for the team. There were some minor escalations from emergent items but Heath partnered with us to keep the overruns to barest minimum. What we ended up with is nothing short of amazing. To Heath, Brad and Jared, we can't thank you guys enough. Inchcon doesn't just do work for you, they partner with you to get the best possible outcome. Heath was happy to discuss our project multiple times over the phone and on site. Once date set, Heath and his team arrived on site and worked efficiently. The rain delayed the concrete pouring and again sealing by a day each. But Heath even came over on a Sunday to do the final coat to finish the job. So the job was still down within the estimated time. Heath and team reassured us we could come and go as we needed and kept us informed each day what would be happening. Once concrete was poured we were given clear instructions on how to access our house and when we could walk on the concrete. Heath also kept in communication with the other trades involved for fence and carport. So they also knew when they could come and check measure before concrete pouring, and then again when they were able to walk onto our property over the new concrete. We are looking forward to reestablishing our garden and being able to park our cars on our new driveway soon.

Heath has been very accomodative to what I asked for, keeping me updated with the progress of the floor. He took the time to come over, explain what best suit my needs, and pricing is very competitive. He is always on site when work is done, so you are rest assured it's not a sub contractor who is doing the work without supervision. Workmanship is outstanding - he made the floor look like wood as I wanted. He also made some samples on a small 900 x 300 tile so I can visualised the real workmanship. You cannot many top blokes like Heath in this modern day.
