We build our work right the 1st time. Our commitment to quality begins prior to the construction phase. Inchcon Concrete is licensed with the QBCC Commission (1267960) and Heath has obtained his concrete and landscape license through the QBCC registeration for over 20 years.
Heath has also fullfilled the requirements for Certificate IV in Building and Construction. (Building).

Heath has been very accomodative to what I asked for, keeping me updated with the progress of the floor. He took the time to come over, explain what best suit my needs, and pricing is very competitive. He is always on site when work is done, so you are rest assured it's not a sub contractor who is doing the work without supervision. Workmanship is outstanding - he made the floor look like wood as I wanted. He also made some samples on a small 900 x 300 tile so I can visualised the real workmanship. You cannot many top blokes like Heath in this modern day.

My wife and I chose Inchcon Concreting and Landscaping based on reviews describing an experienced, competent and friendly outfit that solved problems, making it look easy. From the initial meeting onward Heath and crew didn't let us down. Work was fast and precise. Costs were as quoted. There were stages which allowed us to take stock. We engaged Inchcon in March 2025 after our flood-affected lowset brick duplex had been demolished and rebuilt as two individual highset homes. The ground level, although raised, was still below council requirements. Various trades had churned the clay, blocking surface drainage and leaving a muddy quagmire. The council strip infrastructure (crossover and curb) had also been damaged during the build. Inchcon rectified these problems while also making a graded roadbase driveway (9m long) and undercroft (18m long) for each home. After the build certification inspection, they widened the driveways (caravan pads) and concreted everything. A 2m fire gap between the buildings became a decorative stone swale. Graded landscaping restored side drainage and turf. Afterward, Heath called to make sure all was well. We certainly recommend them.
